Our trainers will create product training courses tailored to the customer’s needs. Training includes all aspects of installation, configuration, and operation of sites with Vanu equipment. Vanu provides train the trainer capability relating to the sales, installation, operation, use, advanced support maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques of the products, including all releases, updates, and customizations.

All Vanu equipment can be remotely accessed. Special training programs can be offered to look at alarms and provide the first level of support to resolve issues. We are committed to ensuring our customers have the skills and competencies to insure successful implementation of our products.
